Material Selection
Choose from CertainTeed architectural shingles in a range of colors and profiles. As a ShingleMaster-certified contractor, we can access extended manufacturer warranties not available through standard installers.
Full Tear-Off
We remove all existing roofing material down to the decking. Any damaged or rotted decking boards are replaced before we lay a single shingle — because a new roof is only as good as what's underneath it.
Ice & Water Shield + Underlayment
We install ice and water shield along all eaves, valleys, and penetrations — critical in Western New York winters. Synthetic underlayment goes over the full deck for a second layer of protection.
Shingle Installation & Flashing
Shingles are installed to manufacturer specs. All flashing around chimneys, skylights, and walls is replaced or resealed. Ridge cap and ventilation are completed to code.
Cleanup & Final Walkthrough
We do a full magnetic sweep for nails, haul away all debris, and walk the job with you before we leave. You'll receive your warranty documentation the same day.

10-Year Workmanship Warranty
If any installation defect causes a problem within 10 years — improper flashing, nail pops, lifted shingles — we come back and fix it at no charge. This covers our labor and any materials needed to correct the issue.
CertainTeed Manufacturer Warranty
As a ShingleMaster-certified contractor, we can register your roof for CertainTeed's SureStart Plus warranty — covering material defects for up to 50 years on qualifying shingle lines. Standard contractor installs don't qualify for this level of coverage.
